Your personal data in the scope of first name, last name, email address, subject and message text are processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and establishing communication with you. The legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in proper communication with you, or taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and, where appropriate in view of the nature of your request, also your consent expressed by submitting the form.
We store your personal data for the period necessary to handle your enquiry and any followup communication, typically for no longer than 3 years after your enquiry has been resolved, unless a longer period is required by specific legislation or it is necessary to retain the data for a longer period for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Recipients of your personal data may include our contractual providers of IT and hosting services and, where necessary, legal or other professional advisers, always subject to confidentiality and appropriate security measures. We do not transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation, and the right to data portability where the conditions under the GDPR are met. Where the legal basis for processing is consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
